These are scoped professional services: plans, reviews, runbooks and handoff documents. They aren’t Arcturus software licenses. Read the deliverable, required inputs and boundaries on each offer page before paying. Software access, implementation and ongoing support are agreed separately.
Compute Evaluation Plan
A measurement plan for one workload: what to compare, what counts as correct output and which tradeoffs should decide the next investment. $650 USD, one time.
Reliability Baseline Review
Review the health signals, restart behavior and recovery gaps of one host and up to three services before choosing a larger reliability engagement. $750 USD, one time.
Deployment Readiness Review
A desk review of one planned deployment, with the gaps, dependencies and acceptance checks laid out before mobilization. $950 USD, one time.
Backup Recovery Runbook
A recovery runbook for one host and one existing backup system, with an inventory, recovery sequence, dependency register and restore-test checklist. $495 USD, one time.
Service Incident Runbook
An incident runbook for one service and up to three scenarios, covering signals, bounded responses, escalation, rollback ownership and tabletop checks. $550 USD, one time.
Release Recovery Review
Review one application’s release process and turn versioning, file checks, health gates and recovery into an explicit operating plan. $450 USD, one time.
Deployment Handoff Pack
Turn supplied records for one planned or completed deployment of up to 50 devices into an asset register, dependency map, evidence index and operator handoff. $750 USD, one time.

The scope comes first.
We’ll check your inputs and fit first. If we can’t accept the work as described, we’ll refund the payment. You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. Work beyond the published scope needs a separate agreement.
