Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the public websites operated by Valen Systems Inc.: valen-systems.com and valensystemsinc.com. Valen Systems Inc. is the company; valen-systems.com is its sales and services website, and valensystemsinc.com is its corporate and research website.

Information you choose to send
When you submit an inquiry, meeting request, or order brief, we receive the information entered in the form. That may include your name, email address, phone number, company or website, requested time, and the project description you choose to share.
The request service also records the page, service category, offer, and limited campaign context needed to route the request and understand how it reached us. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card information, or sensitive customer records through a public form.
Optional analytics
Optional first-party analytics runs only after you select “Allow optional analytics.” It records a random browser-session identifier and bounded events such as a page view, a call-to-action click, a started or saved request, or a verified-order transition. The analytics payload does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, checkout-session identifiers, full URLs, or cross-site advertising identifiers.
Choosing “Use necessary only” leaves the substantive pages, forms, phone links, email links, and checkouts available.
Necessary browser storage and cookies
The sites use limited browser storage to keep request source context, preserve a checkout return long enough to verify it, and remember your privacy choice. This functional storage is not used to build an advertising profile. The Valen Systems pages do not need optional analytics cookies.
Stripe is a separate service reached through payment links. Stripe may use its own cookies and processes payment details under its own privacy terms. Valen Systems does not receive your full card number.
How information is used
- Respond to questions and route requests to the right person.
- Review fit, scope, scheduling, payment state, fulfillment, support, and follow-up.
- Protect the forms and services from abuse.
- Measure which public pages and next steps are useful when optional analytics is allowed.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Submitting a request does not enroll you in a general marketing list.
Service providers and disclosure
Valen Systems uses service providers to host and protect the websites, deliver email, process payments, and store operational records. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or meet their own legal obligations. We do not sell form submissions or optional analytics events.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or systems, or as part of a company transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your choices
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service relationship, security, accounting, dispute, or legal purpose involved. Different records have different operational and legal timelines.
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right by writing to contact@valen-systems.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information, and some records may need to be retained where the law or an active transaction requires it.
