Explore the Core prototype

Open Core in a current browser. Use a new tab if you want to keep this guide visible. The public prototype requires JavaScript and a browser capable of rendering its interactive work surface.
Choose a collection#
The opening surface presents Valen Systems material as work objects. Use the product navigation to choose a collection. The controls described here belong to the public prototype and may change as the interface develops.
For a particular page, open Explore and use Find a page. Search matches the available page titles and paths. Select the result to navigate to its collection. This search covers the material loaded into Core; it is not a search of your computer or the web.
Focus and read an object#
Use Previous work object and Next work object to move through the current collection. The current-object control shows where you are. Open the focused object to read its document or enter the product interface associated with it.
While reading, move through the document's sections and follow its available links. Open original page opens the material's original destination when one is available. Use that route when you want the conventional website presentation or a resource outside the Core collection.
Return to the collection when finished, or choose Home collection to navigate back to the starting material. The navigation guide explains the controls and reading behavior in more detail.
Inspect communication state#
Open Valen Messages to view the communication surface. Before submitting anything, check the connection status and the active context shown with the composer. The context should identify the object you intend to discuss.
The prototype can be explored without sending a message. If you choose to send one, read its resulting state. A queued message remains pending; a failed message needs attention. Use the messaging guide to interpret those states.
Continue into a product#
Early Access introduces the Rubian/Kestowv family, including Arcturus and Valux. Product views can show representative work and available controls without having a live machine attached. The description of that view identifies its operating scope.
